Well, since I have 17 days to shed about 10 stupid pounds before this cruise... I am really buckling down and cutting calories, increasing workout (okay, I am desperate to be in a bikini! LOL!!) I use fitday and try to be accountable for every calorie... at least for the next 17 days! Is anyone up for being really accountable over the next week? Where we post everything we eat, and our workouts? I think this would keep us accountable for what we do... sometimes we work harder when we know other people are watching what we are doing... So say Monday evening, we start a thread and for at least the week, we hold each other accountable to eat really well and workout.... anyone interested?
I'd like to join in. I'm going on a trip June 27. Today is June 15 so including today, I have 12 days left to get rid of the belly and love handles. This morning I rode the bike for 1 hour and ate a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast.
Okay, so lets go for it over the next 12 days! I really want to get this darn bikini on! I also have a gorgeous long sequin gown that I want to wear, but need to take off about 5-7 lbs for it to be comfortable... DNC, I'm with ya! We can do this!!!!!! Good luck today... I ate like poo this weekend, we had people in town and although I have eaten worse in my life, i did not do well.... but doubled my workouts... today i hope to do much much better, i'll let you guys know at the end of the day. so far, i've done a peach
I join ya'! I am very comfotable (finally) with a plan I know I can live with. I can't be so 'strict' all the time because I will blow it major! anyways, I am using fitday as well and I will report how i do. I am READY!!! Good Luck all!
