Post Starting tomorrow

Well everyone..after a long winter (and spring) of not exercising enough and eating not like I should be..I'm starting my diet tomorrow and getting back into the routine of exercising and stuff since summer is just about here! I am looking forward to it and getting back on track. Planning to go from now at 150 to 125 by the time summer's over, anxiously! I am going to start back up swimming 1 mile a day and running to get these pounds off! Good luck to the rest of you this summer...what are your plans/goals/etc.?

I am currently at 206, and my goal right now is to be under 200 by the end of June. I am shooting for a 10 pound loss each month. I would absolutely love to reach my "ideal weight" of 137 by next summer. But I will be realistic, and reach for 150.

I am now at 155-I have lost ten pounds since I joined this board a month ago, and 35 pounds total.

Thanks for all the love and support from all of you here on the board! Only one problem...I need to spend a few days sewing up my clothes to make them smaller!

Hi there!
I have lost 65lbs since January 2002. I am currently 150lbs and would like to be 135lbs by end of summer. I follw my own plan now of lowcarb/sugar. Fresh fruits and veggies and lean meats and fish! And of course the occasional treat !mmmmmmm! BenandJerrys!!!!:bounce: anyways, I go to the gym 3-4xs a week and drink tons of water. Good Luck!annes73

im with yas sun! ive had the most horrific week of my life! so bad in fact, that im gettin concerned b/c my gastro system isnt working well@all!(sorry!) but its true.
