Well, this is not the "Mayo Diet" but Atkins. They are both pretty similar. I put lots of cheese on my eggs and eat maple flavored bacon (I hate regular bacon). I also have one high fiber tortilla (12 carbs - 9 gr fiber = 3 net carbs). The tortilla really makes the eggs tolerable. Hope this helps. If you can't stomach the eggs, just eat meat instead. Hey, have you tried chorizo? Very flavorful.
Mayo CLINIC and mayo diet are very different things, dunno which you are referring to..
Like texciana said, mayo is similar to atkins, but the mayo CLINIC approach to weight management is less of a diet and more of a guide to how to eat in a well balanced manner.
They provide a modified version of the food pyramid they say will help with weight control.
The mayo clinic actually has disapproved of the atkins type diets for a while.
to spice up eggs,I like to put chedder cheese and a bit of onion, and also, either, pace picante sause or pepper sause, tastes good and way easier to tolerate, the eggs, also sometimes , I chopped up greenpeppers and sausage and mix together
