Could anyone tell me which pills are better out of Zantrex, Hydroxycut(ephedra free) and Xenadrine? Which product has the least amount of side effects? I really would like some info as it can get quite confusing.
The Zantrex gives me more energy and works on my appetite a bit better.. you really need a good stimulant to suppress your appetite and the ephedra free stuff just doesnt cut it in my eyes, the z3 has a boat-load of caffeine in it (be careful) so it acts as a stimulant... the xenadrine and hydrox both leave alot to be desired in my opinion (they really miss the ephedra), with good healthy eating and regular exercise, i think you would be happier with the zantrex, in my opinion.
I tried Xendrine (Ephedra free) and I didn't lose anything! Now I am trying Trim Spa with ephedra. Hopefully that will trigger something. The others I don't know too much about. Hope that helps.
Thanks GoinCruisin and AZ. Have either of you taken Carb Cutter? I have only just heard about it and wondered what it was like? From what I have heard, it seems pretty good. It isn't available in Australia, so I'd have to order it online, so I'd like some opinions before I order.
I personally think it is one of the best supplements on the market today, and I have tried most of them! My body is pretty used to them, so I have to take longer breaks, but they give me great energy and really help control my appetite... I love them!!!!! Good luck!
Jmars, I am not sure... I don't have a bottle here, so I cannot see the ingredients, but I think it is the mix of all of it... it has some sort of stimulant in it as well... I know i have been paying too much... I pay about $35 for a bottle of 90, at GNC during gold card week.... but it is worth it to me...
