Keep up your good work and continue eating healthy and the exercising and you should soon see some weight loss! I lost 45 pounds by cutting out ALL snacks and junk food, switching to diet soda, replacing dinners with a weight watchers smart one's meal/healthy choice frozen dinners, and then for lunch and breakfast eating small things like rice cakes, etc. Also I swam for 1 hour per day and started walking and running on the treadmill. It takes a lot of self control but in the end is definitely worth it! Sadly, I have gained about 15-20 lbs. back which I am in the process of trying to lose again because of the lack of exercise I got in the winter (I lost the weight last summer)...so, I am trying to get back on track and continue to eat healthy and exercise to get rid of the 20 and maybe a few more!
