Hey everybody! I have been eating very healthy the past few days. I am so proud of myself. I made a smoothie last night because I was craving something sweet. It did the trick! Thanks Andrea, GoinCruisin, and all others for the support and encouraging words that made me change my lifestyle. I feel a 100% better. I just need to add H2O and excercise now. I do walk occasionally, but not enough. Thanks!
