I've only just started these yesterday and I can say, I don't feel hungry.
Stool this morning was on the soft side, but I can live with that side effect, if that's what it's doing. I'm assuming if it's trapping some of the fat particles, that's where they end up.
Gross, but I'm hoping. I had tried Trim fit for 4 months with not much success. This does sound promising. I know that cutting down and exercising is key to losing weight, but I figure a little help from a natural ? couldn't hurt.
