Everybody's different, but the answer could be never. One reason for learning to find and like salads, green leafy vegetables, and other non-fattening foods is that you may always need that full feeling. I do. I mean, maybe I'm a little better than years ago, but I still seem to love to eat.
Or, maybe you'll be one of the luckier ones, and you really will lose appetite as the habit of over-eating fades.
