I am having trouble deciding on which system to get (the one w/the fanny lifter or the newest one that just came out with the sculpting stick).
I get about 20mins of exercise everyday on my stationary exercise bicycle, and I play tennis some, but I'm not fit
at all.
I don't want to lose weight much (I'd like to lose about 15lbs though, I currently weigh 139 at 5'4") but I mainly want to lose inches, be toned, be more muscular and tight, and have abs.
But I don't want to be bulky like those women bodybuilders either.
Can anyone help me? Much thanks to anyone who can help
