Thumbs up 100+ CLUB for LOSERS part 2

This thread is for those of us wanting to lose a considerable amount of weight (75-150+ lbs).

What is your current plan of action to lose?

Then edit your own reply daily, weekly,or monthly what ever encourages you. put down whatever you want that follows the guidelines of this healthboards on this forum so we don't get deleted by the moderators. Thanks.
Any words of encouragement to others are welcome.

I'm a bit shy, so I prefer to count up instead of down, so here goes my info (I may get up the courage to post more later).

Height: 5' 9"
Weight to Lose: 150 lbs
Have learned from my dietician that "date" goals may not be the best thing to work to, but hope to be down 80 pounds by Jan 1, 2004.

Date Lost
06/01/2003 0 lbs
06/07/2003 10 lbs
06/15/2003 18 lbs


My dietician said I wasn't eating enough. I now get an afternoon snack of lowfat yogurt for some protein.

I am going to hypno therapy- I am a fast gainer through bouts of compulsive eating from stress and I am going to have her suggest I excercise in its place because I have no will to excercise. It takes a couple of weeks of programing. Wish me luck.
