i did this diet last summer in conjunction with stacker3 (diet pills). I lost around 40 pounds on it but after a while my body just stopped. I gained 20 of them back over the winter so here I go again. This diet consists of no carbs for breakfast and lunch and an equal portion of anything you want for dinner within an hour. EX. 2 cups pasta, 2 cups meat, 2 cups veggies. Also start out with a green salad. You can have as much as you want for dinner but you need to take from each group not just 1. Also it is extremely important to stay within the hour. Carbs are my bigggest downfall too I could eat pasta everynite. Hope I helped you out.
