Hi, I recently quit smoking again and too my surprise ( knock on wood)

I have gained no weight at all. When you have a urge to have one-find something else to do to get your mind off it or try sucking on a sucker or chew on a straw or a peice of gum. Drinking and not smoking was the hardest for me until I saw someone chewing on a straw and she told me it helps her not smoke. It works... Besides would you rather be a few pounds overweight and healthy or keep smoking and be unhealthy??
