Cold water/ice is good when it comes to weight loss though. Body tries hard to warm up the water so it burns calories doing it. I like the idea of crushed ice as something to attack when hunger strikes.
Other things are good too: Vegetables cut into long strips and dipping them into sour cream or yogurt. Cold, cooked, chicken. Hard boiled egg.
