 Total Lean
I went to GNC the other day to compare prices on Xenadrine EFX. I have been taking it for a few weeks. I am also on weight watchers. I lost 30 pounds on weight watchers and hit a plateau. I tried the xenadrine and lost 3 pounds in 3 days. I had to get off of it for a while to take an antihistimine and gained some back. I am back on it again and lost my 3 pounds back but nothing else. The guys at GNC recommended Total Lean. They say it has less side effects and better results. Has anyone tried this? And if so, how fast do you get results? I am on a healthy diet and excersise daily. The xenadrine just isn't doing it for me anymore. If there is anything else that you know of besides Total Lean that has worked please let me know.
