I never weigh myself during the day. I have even stopped weighing daily..it is not accurate. I do it once a week now and I never do it the week before or during *the time* as I hold a lot of water then and I get discouraged. It took me along time to stop obsessing with the scale but now that I have I am doing alot better. The scale is only part of the picture anyways, go by how you feel, how your clothes fit, your measurements. There are times I don't budge on te scale but I lose inches! Good Luck and hide the scale!!! Its a nice surprise 3-4 weeks later when you actually see something diiferent!
