Hi Everyone,

I'm so excited about joining this message board! I've been looking for support for some time now and I think I found it! I want to loose weight (like everyone else) but i keep falling off the wagon. I have and exercise partner that keeps cancelling on me and i can't keep myself motivated. So I'm looking for modivation else where, I hope i can make some new friends and get back on the "loosing weight wagon".

Thanks Roni, I look forward to starting my weight loss journey, I gained about 40 pounds over the last couple of years after my dad passed away. I think with his loss in my life and feeling depressed i kinda got stuck in the gutter, if ya know what i mean, and i covered up my feelings with food and lots of it, but i ready to fight the weight i've been battling with!! I hope i can do it with all of you.

I'm new here too. I want to lose 40 pounds or so also. I was a freshman in college last year, and instead of the freshman 15, I was hit with the freshman 25 or so. Hehehe.. yeah so I know about the stress weight gain and I'm ready to take it off as you are.
Hopefully we can help each other. If I can do it, you can too!
