Can you tell us what (if any) types of diets you've tried so far? And were you able to lose weight on any of them & keep it off? Do you do any exercising? If so, what do you do & how often? Sorry to ask so many questions, but the answers to these will help determine what type of advice people can give to you.
You're welcome to join the summer challenge threads if you'd like. The challenge is pretty simple: it runs through August 31, and you pick an amount of weight to try to lose by then. You choose your own method for losing that weight, too. Just check in daily (or as often as you can) to post your progress, problems, questions, etc. Andreaphilip starts a new thread every day - I think we're up to #64 today - so be sure to look for the latest one.
