Hi Mella! Yeah, I'm with you. Whatever diet plan relies on common sense and not counting every half of a calorie or one-tenth of a gram of fat, whatever little tidbits of common sense and new research you happen to pick up here and there, whatever plan doesn't take away every last scrap of sugar or sodium in my house but tells me in terms I can understand why tons of each aren't good for me, whatever plan refuses to say "don't eat anything red" or "you can't have fish! it's Thursday!", that's the plan I'll follow. I won't subscribe to a "program". I have to do this my way.
Well, my way involves lots of cookies and waffles, but it's ALMOST my way.

It's "the Sean program". (Or the anti-program, if you'd prefer.)
