Hey jittergirl...I agree with Roni. Pilates are great. All these exercise programs always tell you that you will feel great afterward, but pilates is that only one that has ever done that for me. If you want to lose weight I think pilates is much more effective if you can combine with something aerobic, even if really short....just my experience...
If you keep doing it, there is another video that is great...the advanced body slimming. it's really challenging, but still leaves you feeling soooo good. Hope you have success with it!
