Southern Mom -

Zantrex question. I took Zantrex for about 5 weeks, the bottle lasted me awhile, because I only took 2 pills per day.

Anyway - the bottle is gone !!! ......Now, it's been 2 weeks ....no zantex !! .......Any idea how long I should I wait before taking them again?

Did you start up again after you stopped? If so, did they still work?

Jlaffey I am here....2 weeks is long enough.Just start out slow again with 1 a day for a few days and then add another one in.
I wondered where you had been and how you had been doing on them.I hardly see a Z post anymore.Good Luck and talk to you later..
