Thanks AP. Your sweet. The walk did help. My boys went and played on the swings and it was sooo hot I didn't get to walk what I would have liked. My babies faces were blood red so we had to come back home. Next time I'll wait till the sun goes down.

Ya know, the sweets I ate today didnt even taste good. So hopefully I've got it all out of my system.

Well DH will be home soon, gotta fix something for supper, simple tonight, its just to hot to cook.

AP I would guess it's time for you to put your braces on. Hope it's not very painful. I know I dont know anything about that but only my best thoughts are with you.
