A good, lifelong start is a balanced diet in which you take in less calories than you burn. Add in exercise to make weight loss faster.

I am still looking for something that works after Xenadrine myself. I have tried Zantrex and Xenadrine EFX with no results. I also did the Atkins diet, I lost 5 pounds but felt awful the whole two weeks of induction, I gained back 7 pounds!!
