This board is great. I have been dieting for awhile now and I have been struggling to lose those last 10 lbs. It is really hard. I started a Denise Austin workout video on Sat and it is great. I do it in my family room with the AC on and the ceiling fan on high and boy do I work up a sweat. I can't do the whole video yet but I am getting there. I really want to lose those last few pounds and look good and feel good. I have been having problems the past few years with fatigue and I am hoping that by losing the weight, eating better and exercising it will help. I also take a daily vitamin and the past few nights I have been up a little later than usual. Good luck to everyone on this board and thanks for the motivation.
