Hey guys,
For me, its been so far - so good. I'm eating breakfast for the first time in my life but it usually conists of fruits. I cant stand the other stuff that make up traditional breakfasts. What else, I've been exercising too. I stepped on the scales this afternoon...fully clothed and discovered that I've lost 50 pounds since the end of April this year. Everyone but me notices the difference in my appearance. All I know is I can run a lot further than I used to ....lol. Anyway, I'll be back a little later. Take care everyone.
Well I'm back! This is my first day and I have to say that I am doing pretty good. I walked on the treadmill for 3 miles and all my meals and snacks have been good for me food (well maybe those cookies weren't all that good for me but I have to get rid of the junk food somehow!!) http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/dance.gif
It's been really cloudy here...actually it's been like that for like 4 days and after awhile it just gets me a little depressed ...hoping for sun tomorrow!
I am trying to figure out what to make for dinner tonight. My MIL is flying into Rockport on Sat. I guess San Antoinio will be good for me afterall. I love her dearly but she drives both my dh and me nuts. I'll let him deal with her. -BBL-Roni

Wendy...those darn cookies. I used to make them all of the time here for everyone but someway somehow some would just jump in my mouth. It was like they were meant to be there. I do not bake them anymore because it is too tempting. -Roni
roni, I'm using green and light yellow. I have one wall with green checks on it that I didnt want to change since it is up so good and I still like it so i just changed the border from apples to one that has birdhouses and sunflowers. Its real cute, then in the breakfast area I'm gonna put up a light yellow wallpaper with tiny sunflowers on it. It all ties in together. I love decorating. We've recently finished an addition with 2 rooms up stairs and one huge family room. I could go on and on........ lol
Well I have got to go cook supper, pork chops tonight but I'm not really hungry. It's pouring the rain here to, good sleeping weather!

hi everyone...just got back from the dentist and orthodontist...traffic want too back took just over an hour and sometimes in the afternoon it can take up to 2 hours from there
this is the night before school..we are ready...i think we are going to dinner tonight..my last "free" meal...chinese buffet...good! but bad! but tomorrow i will be starting...I am determined...tomorrow i will post my weight and goals etc...

oh i had a diet pepsi slurpee on the way home from the orthodontist..it was pretty good..mine tasted like it had some coconut flavoring from the pina colada oneso i dont know if some got mixed in it or that is just the way it tastes...it was a nice treat though..always wanted them to come out with a sugarfree version!
you guys are talking aobut fall weather and it is still in the mid to upper 80's here and it doesnt look like it is going to change in the near future...that is one thing about CA..we only have a couple of seasons... looking forward to it cooling down!! and not being so humid (humid for CA)

I hope I can keep this up. You know what, I will keep this up. I'm tired of being overweight. I deserve better. See...I'm tired already lol. Anyway goodnight you good people. God Bless!
Im doing really well today. I got up early and made it to the gym. for b-fast I had a albacore tuna and egg white omlett (with hotsauce..lol for taste) 184 cals..no carbs. and for lunch I had a vietnamese crepe which is eggs, shrimp, meats, lightly fried, and wrapped in fresh lettuce. mmmm! and then for dinner I am making boiled chicken in ginger and garlic water..its actually looking pretty good..I also added of course (hot sauce) lol for taste..I plan to go to the gym later tonite at 8 to work out for another hr..or atleast take the baby on a walk. she is 3 1/2 months old. her name is Memphis Eden. Well I will let you know how the rest of the nite goes...I also had a atkins shake for a snack and lots of water and had suppliments!! yeah!! doin good!

I hadn't had a coke slurpee since I quit my job to be a stay at home mom. I lived off those things. I want one know. -Roni
