I just turned 36, and am about 80 pounds overweight. I've pretty much done it all. I love salty-type foods and that is my worst downfall.
The most successful for me has been Weight Watchers, but what happens is every week at weigh-in I would become like a crazy woman, drinking water with lemon, starving myself, etc. I like having a support group because it's so difficult.
I do workout about 5 days a week. Unfortunately, the heavier I get, the harder it is on my body to workout.
I guess that's about it for now.
