ha ha, well I didn't even *try* this weekend. We were so busy getting ready for our trip (leaving Thursday), that I ate a lot of no-no foods. Well I was skipping dinner every night cuz I did so bad during the days. I also made lots of cookies because we had a huge italian dinner at a friends house, and I caught myself binging on them when hubby wasn't looking!! lol.

btw, JoJo and AP, you guys were so silly last night

Autumn, I leave Thursday morning, driving to Florida with one other couple (the other 4 are flying). Spending Friday in Florida and boarding the cruise ship Saturday afternoon.

Looks like there is one hurricane forming out to the southeast of Florida, hopefully it stays out there!! Also looks like FL is going to have rain both days we are there!! But then we are off to Key West, Belize, and Mexico (Cozumel and Merida) .

I decided I am going to enjoy this trip even though I am no where's near goal and kinda broke, lol. I just can't believe that I gained back 10 of the 30 lbs I lost!! I don't know where my motivation went to in the last few months.

But when I get back I think I'll be doing the South Beach Diet with my Mom, she's starting it today

I hope everyone has a great day

Good morning everyone! I'm feeling frustrated this morning. I had planned on jumping back on the diet & exercise bandwagon starting today, but I did a lot of thinking this weekend about what's going on with my body.

You see, I noticed that although I have gained about 8 or 9 lbs over the last few weeks due to not dieting or working out, I've gotten my breasts back, or at least they're mostly back. I know there was another thread about this recently, so I know I'm not alone. But with the weight I had lost this spring & summer, my breasts had gotten visibly smaller. The worst part is, they weren't just smaller, the weight loss made them saggy. It made me feel so old - I know it's gonna happen sooner or later, but the weight loss sped up the process. Anyway, now that I've gained some weight back, they're looking better again.

So now I have this dilemma - do I lose the weight and be paranoid about my sagginess, or do I maintain my weight & be happy with my breasts? I've decided that during this challenge, I'm going to just try to eat a bit less than I have over the past weeks, but not really restrict myself or count anything - just slightly reduce my portions. And I'm going to really try to exercise regularly - mostly walking & FIRM tapes. I'm hoping that this will help me to look better without losing my boobs again. Whaddaya think, could it work? I sure hope so!

AP: Hi sweetie! Sorry Justin is gone, but I'm glad you had a great time with him! Glad you'll get to see him again soon - woohoo!!!

WF: Sorry you're still not well. Get some rest, and get better real soon, ok?!!

Dixie-girl: What's a funnel cake? I've heard of them, but never knew what they were. Sounds like you've got a busy day planned today - whew, you're making me tired!

Amber: Sounds like you're pumped for getting back to school & exercising - that's great! Keep that attidude!

Autumn: Thanks for the pep talk!!!

Mommy: Depo can do strange things to your body. Sorry you're not pg, but glad you're not too upset about it yet. It will happen when the time is right!

SM: Wow, sounds like you have a busy day ahead too! Be careful in those holly shrubs, but have fun on the tractor! I like that kind of stuff too!

Sue: I definitely would have eaten the cake too, only I wouldn't have stopped at 1 small piece - so you did good! See, the scale even said you weren't bad! Enjoy your lunchtime walk!

Shel: Woohoo, you're getting close now! LOL on catching yourself w/the cookies - I've caught myself LOTS lately! I will pray to the hurricane gods that they leave you alone on your trip. And I will pray to the fat & calorie gods that they don't harass you too badly, either - maybe just a little!

JoJo: Here I am! I didn't have much time for the computer this weekend - had to give baths to 5 big dogs, shampoo carpets, go to 2 parties, the list goes on! But thanks for asking about me!

DP: What day is your b-day? Do you have anything exciting planned? Details, details!

Whirl, when are you coming back? We miss you!

Hi to Snoopy, Jen, Stabmaster, Belle, Mandy, Angelmagic, CHAmanda, and anyone else I might have missed! Have a great day, everyone!

Houdini,

I totally know how you feel. I lost my boobs too when I lost 30 lbs, and this 10 lbs I gained back is ALL in my stomach, so my little boobs make me look fatter. At least chubby girls with nice boobs are more attractive

I am considering getting implants when I get to my goal weight......and I have always been totally against them, but clothes just don't look good on me like this.

Good Morning!!!!

Well I am back now. I had a blast on my "MOMMY'S NIGHT OUT" in San Antonio. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/dance.gif My gf and I shopped and shopped and then we went out on the Riverwalk. OUr hotel was on the Riverwalk and the mall so it was perfect. I didn't get to exercise but I did so much walking. I didn't eat so good...but I am at 155lbs right now. I still kept that 1lb off. Poor DH...he was so glad I was coming home yesterday. He took the girls to the island and they stayed at the condo with his mom and other family members. They had fun.

I am going to go back and catch up on all the posts here in a little while.- http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/heart.gif-Roni

I'm too scared (and too poor ) to consider implants. Besides, I'd probably just end up with saggy implants! LOL!

Sue, lol, I used to be a full B cup, now I could probably go to an A cup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I don't have to worry aboutlooking like Dolly Parton, if I ever was to get implants, I would choose to be a small C cup

Well I'm too poor for them also, I'd probably have to get a loan for them, lol. Hubby could take a loan from his 401K, I know he'd love me to get them.

I wish it was just my imagination - unfortunately, it's not.

LOL! Nope, I don't wanna look like Dolly - I just want to stay at my comfortable 36C! My SIL just had reduction - she DID look like Dolly, and she's very thin, too, so they looked sooo huge on her, it was ridiculous! But painful, too - her back always hurt. I don't want all that, I just wanna be the size I've always been. Sure hope I can make it happen!
