Sorry guys I've been M.I.A. for 2 days now. I still have the flu. How is everyone's program coming on? I want to know cause I feel so left out . But I know everyone is sticking to it. I still feel under the weather so I'll get going now but I wish you guys luck. Take care everyone and God Bless.

Man this is like "Days Of Our Lives" Miss a Day miss alot. Sounds like everyones hubby is like mine. Its all their fault! I was doing good till mine came in from work and wanted a funnel cake. And I have no willpower so of course I had to eat one. Gotta go its gettin late ,I have to get up early and get kids off to school then take my nephew back home And then try to get back home before kids get home, then homework ,then football and cheerleading practice,I'n getting tired just thinking about it. I will try to get back here tommorow night if not Tuesday morning.

Hi ladies!! Good nite e coast folks! I did good today..I stayed in the 1000 cal range..I start school next week! woo hoo! that means areobics 3 nites a wk, and weight training 2..I cant wait! I actually eat alot for those 1000 cals..I just count them very closely on fitday. well I will talk to you tomorrow! kepp up the good work all!!

Morning everyone!

How was the weekend?? Did we all do well? As we begin the new week, let's remember why we're here! To reach our goals, no matter what, by Thanksgiving. One bad day here or there is ok...even a real bad day! hahaha But Monday's mean back to the ol' routine, and back to the diets! We can do it...just think of all the cute fall/winter clothes we will be wearing by thanksgiving! I go through the JCPenny's Fall catalog every day, just to stay on track! I'm telling you, it works! hahaha
Well guys, I just finished my first tae bo session of the day...now I gotta jump in the shower and get to work. More tae bo tonight. Keep me updated on your progress, it's a great motivator to read about your successes!

Thanks Ap and JoJo, you all are sweet. We've only been trying for a month, so I'm not stressing.....it was just aggravating that I was 16 days late when I have been so regular for a while (Depo had me messed up, prolly still does) grrrrr...

JoJo, I have a whole jug of vanilla pepsi you can have, I bought it and no one will drink it! I'll think of you when I'm pouring it down the drain. Or maybe I'll save it for company..hehe

Well I have to go pay some bills this morning, check the mail, run to Walmart......Ya'll have a great day.

Good Morning Ladies...

Its been a busy weekend here.It was so nice and cool.No rain, no heat, I love it..AF did come http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif
It was spring cleaning at my house we pressure washed the house did the yard clean out the garage,put the boats away for the winter.I wont be on tomorrow we have to go to our other house and get it closed for winter and cut the fields and garden.That is the yard I hate to do,I have to cut the holly shurbs down they are about 8 feet tall...So I will look like I just got out of a cat fight tomorrow.I will get to play on the tractor...HeHe
I have so much to do today and all I really want to do is go get back in bed.:
I am going to go grab a cup of coffee and go sit on the porch and see if the cool weather will wake me up some...Check back in a bit..

Hi Everyone, well I tried this weekend. we had pizza on sat. then yesterday I made a roast beef dinner and I made a choc cake. I had a small piece of the cake. couldnt help it.
anyway scaled doesnt say I gained any just stayed the same.
walked a mile and a half on treadmill on sat, walked outside on fri 2 miles
and this morning I walked a mile outside of work will probably go again at lunchtime.
everyone have a good week. back to work for me.

ha ha, well I didn't even *try* this weekend. We were so busy getting ready for our trip (leaving Thursday), that I ate a lot of no-no foods. Well I was skipping dinner every night cuz I did so bad during the days. I also made lots of cookies because we had a huge italian dinner at a friends house, and I caught myself binging on them when hubby wasn't looking!! lol.

btw, JoJo and AP, you guys were so silly last night

Autumn, I leave Thursday morning, driving to Florida with one other couple (the other 4 are flying). Spending Friday in Florida and boarding the cruise ship Saturday afternoon.

Looks like there is one hurricane forming out to the southeast of Florida, hopefully it stays out there!! Also looks like FL is going to have rain both days we are there!! But then we are off to Key West, Belize, and Mexico (Cozumel and Merida) .

I decided I am going to enjoy this trip even though I am no where's near goal and kinda broke, lol. I just can't believe that I gained back 10 of the 30 lbs I lost!! I don't know where my motivation went to in the last few months.

But when I get back I think I'll be doing the South Beach Diet with my Mom, she's starting it today

Good morning everyone! I'm feeling frustrated this morning. I had planned on jumping back on the diet & exercise bandwagon starting today, but I did a lot of thinking this weekend about what's going on with my body.

You see, I noticed that although I have gained about 8 or 9 lbs over the last few weeks due to not dieting or working out, I've gotten my breasts back, or at least they're mostly back. I know there was another thread about this recently, so I know I'm not alone. But with the weight I had lost this spring & summer, my breasts had gotten visibly smaller. The worst part is, they weren't just smaller, the weight loss made them saggy. It made me feel so old - I know it's gonna happen sooner or later, but the weight loss sped up the process. Anyway, now that I've gained some weight back, they're looking better again.

So now I have this dilemma - do I lose the weight and be paranoid about my sagginess, or do I maintain my weight & be happy with my breasts? I've decided that during this challenge, I'm going to just try to eat a bit less than I have over the past weeks, but not really restrict myself or count anything - just slightly reduce my portions. And I'm going to really try to exercise regularly - mostly walking & FIRM tapes. I'm hoping that this will help me to look better without losing my boobs again. Whaddaya think, could it work? I sure hope so!

AP: Hi sweetie! Sorry Justin is gone, but I'm glad you had a great time with him! Glad you'll get to see him again soon - woohoo!!!

Shel: Woohoo, you're getting close now! LOL on catching yourself w/the cookies - I've caught myself LOTS lately! I will pray to the hurricane gods that they leave you alone on your trip. And I will pray to the fat & calorie gods that they don't harass you too badly, either - maybe just a little!

JoJo: Here I am! I didn't have much time for the computer this weekend - had to give baths to 5 big dogs, shampoo carpets, go to 2 parties, the list goes on! But thanks for asking about me!

Houdini,

I totally know how you feel. I lost my boobs too when I lost 30 lbs, and this 10 lbs I gained back is ALL in my stomach, so my little boobs make me look fatter. At least chubby girls with nice boobs are more attractive

I am considering getting implants when I get to my goal weight......and I have always been totally against them, but clothes just don't look good on me like this.
