Good morning! Sounds like everyone is hanging in there! Glad to hear it. I'm down another 1 also, Dixie! That makes 4 for me. Don't know if it's water weight, but don't care right now!
Had to make a substitution at breakfast today. My diet calls for cottage cheese, mixed fruit & grapefruit for day 3 b'fast. But I can't have grapefruit, so I had pineapple instead. And I have learned that cottage cheese just isn't for me, so I was going to have yogurt instead - but forgot to bring it to work with me, so I just had the mixed fruit & pineapple. Oh well, I didn't need the extra carbs in the yogurt anyway!
I'm supposed to have beets with dinner tonight. I've never had them, so I hope they don't gross me out - but I'm determined that I'm not going to make any more substitutions today. A little of that is ok, but I don't want to do it too much & possibly screw things up. Can't wait for dinner, though - I'm baking chicken breasts & seasoning them with lemon & pepper - yummy, I love them that way!
I did my FIRM body sculpt video last night plus a little time on my treadmill. Hopfully I'll find time for two workouts tonight also.
