I just picked up an Atkins book and am planning on starting next week. I am wondering if I should stop taking Xenadrine (which really doesn't seem to be doing anything!), CLA, or kelp. I am currently taking all three as well as the occasional carb blocker. Anyone have insight on this? http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/confused.gif

hi.. I wouldnt waste $$ on the xenedrine..try a regular carb blocker..they are like 15$ at the store and work well blocking 114 carbs a dayand they also contain energy (ginsing) ..they turn it into energy instead of sugary fat.. I think Atkins also sell their own carb blocker at the store.
I also heard of this stuff..I think its called Irish moss that acts as a filler..they have it in capsuls..(correct me if I am wrong) I just read it on a site last night..It makes you not feel too hungry..??
