Shel....I have been on it for 1 week. I haven't had any problems with those symptoms and I have a weak stomach. So far I really like it. My diet isn't too strict either. Everything has been in moderation. I do drink about 3 liters of water a day now. I am also jogging twice a day if I can. I hope this helps.-Roni
Hi everyone! Babies are off to school and hubby off to work, gee I feel kinda guilty being on the computer...lol! I do have laundry already going, so it's not like I can do anything while it's actually in the washer! hehe
I feel so puffy today, already had 16 oz of water...I know i havent been drinking enough of that. I havent had a pop in almost 2 months. YAY. I dont even crave it anyonre. Well I'm gonna go gt some more water, force it down, and then go pee! I'll bbl!
Good morning!! It's almost COLD this morning here! They say it's going to be in the mid 70's and gorgeous, though, so we'll see. Too bad I have to be at work all day!
Anyway, I didn't get up early enough to do any tae bo this morning, but I'm planning on doing an hour tonight. I did an hour yesterday along with my lateral thigh trainer/hand weight workout tape. Eating went pretty well too. I did have a cookie though!! We have lots of old ladies who stop in at work and bring us baked goods as a thank you...it's a tough job... hehehe But I only had one, which surprised me because they were delicious!!! I hope there aren't any left when I get there this morning!!! I'm bringing extra water, just in case!!
