Post Tuesday menu for 9/9/03


2 egg beaters
4 bacon
1 small orange juice


Atkins shake
1 hard boiled egg

Indulge bar(maybe)

Hot dog and saurkraut
diet ice tea
no night snack (hopefully)
also walked 1.5 miles outside at lunchtime.
2.5 yesterday.

Breakfast - Plain Oatmeal with peach slices

Lunch - Lettuce with 1 can of Tuna, and a tbsp. of Vinagrette. Also a sour pickle.

Snack - Apple and Lit n Fit yogurt

Dinner - Cheeseburger(Half of bun), 1/2 cup cottage cheese and salad.
