Wink I need tips to lose 40lbs in 2months

Hi, I am a 15 year old that has been overweight for as long as I can remember. The past year and a half I have been on a diet with LA Weightloss. I lost 46lbs but now that ive cheated i gained back 15lbs. Ive been following the diet now, but i cant seem to get the weight off. Ive tried other diets too like the Mayo diet and Atkins which both did not work for me at all. I desperately need to lose 40lbs by November13 because Im going to my cousins wedding and I want to look good. If you have any suggestions please tell me...

The only problem thought is that i was once 15lbs lighter and i wasnt happy at that...I would be happy with about 25 in 2months, but overall i want 2 go down 40...thanx for your comment

Trying Running or joking at least 4-5 days a week, also try doing so type of diet, YOu can do it, You just need to work hard. I know it is not eazy but stick to it. Dont do it for anyone eles but your self.

To lose that much in that short of time you need to do lots and lots of cardio exercise and do a strict diet. Counting calories of at the most 1200 a day/20 grams of fat a day or a strict low carb diet would be your best bet. I heard you can lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks on the South Beach diet.

Im going to start this thing I ordered called The Body Flex tommorrow. You're suppose to lose 4-14 inches the first week! I hope it works...I think im going to start drinking more water to fill me up instead of snacking. I havent heard anything about the south beach diet...what is that? http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/confused.gif

The Mayo Clinic Diet

Breakfast
1/2 Grapefruit or unsweetened juice (8 oz.)
2 eggs (any style)
2 slices of bacon
coffee, tea, water maybe substituted

Drink Water

Lunch
1/2 grapefruit or juice
Salad (any dressing)
Meat, Fish, or Fowl any style (Except for breaded)

Drink Water

Dinner
1/2 grapefruit or juice
Meat (any style, any amount-fish maybe substituted
Vegetables- any green, yellow, or red, cooked in butter or any seasoning
and or Salad
Coffee or tea- 1 cup, and or water maybe substituted

Drink Water

Bedtime Snack
Glass of tomato juice or skim milk

Instructions

At any meals you may eat until you are full, until you cannot eat any more.
Do not eliminate anything from the diet, especially do not skip bacon at breakfast or omit salads.
It is the combination of foods that burn up the fat.
Grapefruit is what starts the burning up process.
Cut down on coffee.
It affects the insulin balance that hinders the burning up process.
Try to limit to 1 cup at mealtime.
Donít eat between meals.
If you eat the combination of foods suggested, you will not get hungry.

Note, the diet completely eliminates sugars and starches, which are lipids and form fat.
Fat does not form fat. It helps burn it.
So, you can fry foods in butter and use butter generously on vegetables.
Do not eat desserts, breads and white vegetables or sweet potatoes.
You may double or triple helpings of meat salad or vegetables.
Eat until you are stuffed, the more you eat the more of the proper combination of foods, the more you will lose.
You can lose 10 pounds in 10 days.
There will be no loss the first 4 days, but you will lose 5 pounds on the fifth day.
Therefore, you will lose 1-1/2 pounds every 2 days until you are where you want to be.

You May Not Have:
white onions
potatoes
celery
rice of any kind
barly
pasta (all types)
burritos and flour tortillas
tamales
green peas
corn
baked beans, refried beans
black-eyed peas
lima beans
bananas
dried fruits
barley
sweets of any kind
products which contain Dextrose, Glucose, Hexitol, Maltose, Sucrose, Honey, Fructose, Corn Syrup or Starch, or caffeine.

You May Have:
Red onions
bell pepper
radishes
cucumber
broccoli
green onions
spinach leaf
lettuce
cabbage
carrots
tomatoes

All soft drinks need to be diet and caffeine free.
12 days on diet and 2 off

Aim for 15. If you beat it, that's great. If you're not happy with your weight at the wedding, use that as motivation to go the rest of the way, but do so in a healthy fashion. 4.5 pounds a week is neither healthy nor realistic, and it can be especially bad for you since you're 15 years old. It can be done, but it shouldn't be by anyone who doesn't weigh at least a few hundred pounds.

i've been loosing .65 pounds per day, or 5 pounds per week... for the last 3 weeks! safely... but it took me 3 months to learn how my body works, doesn't work, and responds to different activity/foods. it's realistic for someone who is very focused and knows what they're doing.

Not to take away from your accomplishments, and your routine is not the least healthy by far... but some of your activities/figures are making me wonder how healthy it really is.

are you referring to me shane? if so, [url="http://www.******.com/WebFit/PublicJournals.html?Owner=stabmaster"]here[/url] is my daily diet and fitness journal on ******. i get over 100%rda of every macronutrient naturally, and i've never had better skin, hair, and more energy in my life. the only side effect to a 2000 calorie daily deficit is a slight loss in libido, which is normal and is due to weight lifting-- resulting in a few nutrient deficiencies.. and i am going to start supplementing for that. i'd love to go into detail if anyone wants. also, don't try this at home kids- just saying that it's possible.

I was referring to that page, which I had seen previously. I noticed some odd things, like 100 minutes of fairly intense exercise on <1900 calories.
