Post I need some help!!!

How do I figure out how many calories my body burns during the day without exercising? I am 5'2", 22 yrs old and weigh about 130. I'm trying to figure out how many calories I should be eating in a day....before figuring in any exercise.

I want to lose about 10-15 pounds. Thanks in advance!!
