| | Sugar Busters - I like it!!
I just got the book "Sugar Busters! Cut Sugar to Trim Fat" and I like it. A friend recommended it, and this friend has lost 25 pounds just by following the book's guidelines.
I have eaten the way the book indicates for the last four days, and I feel a lot more alert, better in general!
It's supposed to help you lose weight as well. And it seems that it's relatively easy to follow. Keeping your daily sugar gram count down isn't too difficult. I find that the first day, I was thinking about cake and cookies, and now, I'm feeling like I don't miss them as much anymore.
It doesn't mean to NEVER eat suger, but to keep it low in your daily diet, so I don't feel deprived.
Anyone else have experience with Sugar Busters?
