I just bought the Firm and I know it says "see results in ten workouts" but how long was it until you really saw results. I've only done it once but my legs are really SORE!
I would say there guarantee is pretty true. If you follow the calendar that came with it, I bet you'll see result in 10 workouts..maybe 15 but it sure doesn't take long. I know that after doing it for 3 months I had lost about 20lbs., and I still felt sore after doing it! So it's a great way to lose weight or tone up. Good Luck!
What is the 30 day rotation calendar? Could someone please send me the schedule? I bought the tapes at Target and then bought the fanny lifter from collage video. I did not get a rotation schedule. I have been using the tapes for 2 months now and haven't really noticed any difference. Other than I am not as sore as when I first started, which is a plus. I was only doing them an average of 2-3 times a week because I would alternate with treadmill running. I don't want to give up on them because I think they are doing good for my legs. But I am thinking I might just be doing better with weight training and running.
