I've heard of these. Thinking it would be easier to do something that's really no rules but one type thing. Liquid diet, Slimfast, or what? For how long?
Like Slimfast or a juice diet...very strict, that's all you eat for a number of days or weeks. Maybe some fruit or vegetables, not sure. I'm not sure what this is, aside from a fast or juice diet.
I'm thinking something very strict might be the way to go for maximum results, but it may be hard to do exercise while on a boring diet.
