Isn't it true that carbs are carbs in any sense? I see that there is all this new candy and stuff that is sugar free, however, when I check the label, the carbs are still at least 20 or more grams. If I was to substitute less sugar, but same amount of carbs, would there be any difference in weight? I am under the assumption that this is not how it works. Any response would be so helpful for me to understand this better..Thank you and good luck to all..
