ap - do you eat more than this?? it always seems like you are starvin' yourself...the only reason i mention this is because i see you tell others to up their cal count...what about you? eh? you know i only ask cause i care about ya!!

Going for 5 smaller meals today (hopign to stave off that dreaded hunger from yesterday!)
Veggie Turkey on a light bun and 1 carrot
1/2 slim-fast bar and 1/2 OZ. Boston Lite Popcorn
Boca Chick Pattie and an Apple
Boca burger with cheese on a soy wheat biscuit (same recipe I use for the pizza crust...just a little more water)
Salad w/ romaine, veggies, veggie turkey, cottage cheese and dressing
According to ****** 1200 cal
29% Fat, 38% carbs, 33% protein

Breakfast: Oatmeal with 4 peache slices.
Snack: Cup of coffe with splenda and skim milk.
Lunch: Salad with Chicken, fat free ranch, 1 hard boiled egg, and mixed veggies.
Snacks: Lit and Fit Yogurt and a small apple.
Dinner: No clue yet but I have 619 calories left according to ******!

2 coffee with splenda
2 atkins indulge bars (2 in a pack 4 g carbs)
small salad, lettuce , tomatoe, black olives, eggs cheese and walnuts with reg ranch dressing.
I think cheese steaks and fries and I will probably eat the roll as I have been good all week.
You guys would have made fun of me last night I wanted a piece of strawberry shortcake so bad. I took 1 small atkins indulge bar and put whipped cream all over it.

D-Scrambled Egg w/sausage, Hash Browns with onions, and one piece of toast (small pat of butter). (542 cals)(All pan fried using fat/cal free cooking spray.)
80 oz. of water
25 minutes on elliptical
Just ordered the CLA and can't wait to see if this helps me out with losing. I have 15 pounds to go till GW....Feels like it's taking forever.
