what diet are you doing. a lot of us are doing atkins.
I think I will join the weightloss thread. It seems to be very helpful. I am not really doing a specific diet. I try not to eat many carbs and I try to not eat to much fat. I also am limiting my sugar intake. Thanks for the info on the vitamins.
