of course that's true, but if someone goes from a C or D to barely an A, then obviouslt that's going to be upsetting. I don't think losing a cup size would startle anyone, but when its so dramatic....
The first place most women lose is the breast area. I joined Curves in April and the first month i lost 3 inches in my breasts :-((, then the second month i lost 3 more, and third month i lost another 2 in my breasts. Yet my tummy also shrunk, which makes my breasts look the same as they did. HOw? with 8 inches gone??????? Amazing
Weigh the odds, lose weight and a lil breast or keep heavy and keep the breast ( you dont really notice until you tighten and tone your tummy)
Wow, naturelovers...that's great! So you feel you still look the same proportionally, just a skinnier version? I'm so curious (and a little nervous) about what's going to ahppen to mine...keep asking my close (uh...maybe too close) if they think my breasts are shrinking up!
Happyphantom
Yes, it all proportions itself out I believe. Funny, yet so true, Ive lost more than 22"'s and only 4 lbs. There is definitely a new me............not to worry,,,,about 2 months into your new regimen of exercise and a new way of eating, You'll feel like a million bucks,,, A cup or D cup lol
But I don't wanna lose my boobs!
They're like my best asset....oh well I probably have nothing to worry about since I don't seem to be losing any weight on this diet any way!
