Post Cucumbers - Great Diet Food

My friend gave me this tip a while back - and I thank her for it! It was one of the main reasons I lost 20 pounds.

Instead of potatoes try cucumbers. They are very low in carbs and calories. And they are filling! I mix them with onions and olive oil and vinegar.
