Today I'm having:
2 small rice and tofu burritos and coffee
1 Boca Chick pattie, 1/2 cucumber, and 2 carrots
Pizza (crust made with a recipe I made up based on those atkins bake mixes that some wonderful person posted)
"Chef" Salad with soy turkey, egg, cottage cheese and veggies
Snack (If I can stay good the rest of the day)
2 cups popcorn
According to Fitday...1150 Cal
30% Fat 40% Carb 30% Protein
Good balance for me...lets just hope I can keep it up!
L: 2 pcs ring bologna and a slice of coopers sharp cheese
Snack: sf jello with reddi whip
D: cheeseburger(no bun) and a salad.
I'm not hungry at all today for some reason; guess I should be thankful for that once in a while!LOL Normally I wouldn't have tuna for breakfast but I couldn't think of anything that was fast! Seeing how I had a 0 carb breakfast--my morning workouts should have really been "burning the fat!!"
I wanted to say that wrighting in about your meals for the day is a great idea. My husband just bought me the Atkins Journal. The book is very neat . What I wanted to say thow is the other day after my karate class a bunch of us were going to grab a bite to eat. We were going to IN&OUT a hamburger place in califorina. the have a protein burger. It was so good they made the double double (that is what the hamburger is called) just as it is always made but with out the bun they wrap it in lettuce. It was so so so so good. I just wanted to share the news.
