Hi everyone! Here's my menu for today.......
Breakfast - Regular oatmeal with 3 peach slices.
Lunch - Salad with chicken breast, cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives(green), and a hard boiled egg. 2 tbsp. Fat free Peppercorn Ranch.
Snacks - 1 cup of grapes and a Lit and Fit yogurt.
Dinner - Chicken Breast with 1/2 cup spanish rice, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, and some pickled beets. Also maybe a tiny scoop of my mom's 3 potato salad
Still under 1200 calories!
