Dr. Phil is on Dateline tonight and I for one plan on watching!
No offense--by as for the comment about Dr Phil being "soggy around the middle"--so are most of us here but we appreciate and many times follow each others advice!!!!!
In his defense--Dr. Phil take a psycological approach to why some of us are over weight and can't seem to lose it. Some of his insights are right on the $$$ although I admit that they don't apply to everyone. My advice is...if you like him; then watch it. If you don't--then don't!
DP: I'd be more than happy to fill you in! I'm planning on watching it; but I thought I'd also tape it. That way if I need a little motivation somewhere down the road; I can pull it out and watch it again!!!
