Post day two- atkins

I am seriously craving carbs... I can't believe it's only day two, I feel like I have been deprived of them for a year..... Any suggestions on how to not falter and get through this induction without feeling like this???
P.S. I have been good though and I haven't caved in to my craving! YET.....
P.P.S. It probably doesn't help that I am getting sick, bronchitis I think by the way my chest feels

Thanks... I am starting to see some results, so I know what you mean now... I was just feeling really frustrated and having big cravings, on top of being sick but then I weighed myself and saw a loss, so that helped!
