well I'm on day 3 now and when I started 2 days ago, I weighed myself and was 165.... I had to work last night overnight, so when I got home, I weighed myself...3 times because I thought I was mistaken. I have lost 5 lbs!!!! Now I know some of that is water... but not the whole thing so WHO CARES???? I'll take 5 lbs any way I can!
And I found a way to get me through carb cravings- I made tea and used "stevia" as a sweetener- way sweeter than sugar and lowlowlow in carbs (less than a gram). It definitely helped

chipmunkis! Way to go! I'm glad you discovered Stevia. It is also supposed to have some health benefits as well. I'm on Atkins and I lost 2 lbs in 2 days so far (I just started). I'm not craving too much yet either. Yeah!
Stevia is from the Stevia plant. It is like 10 times sweeter than sugar or something like that. Basically an herb. It's supposed to have health benefits as it is high in fiber and has no side affects. It's also supposed to keep blood sugar levels even. Some brands taste better than others. I've tried some that was nasty and others that were pretty good. I can't seem to remember the names right now though. It definately tastes a little different than sugar, but then everything does. You can find it most anywhere, in health food sections of your store.
