I woke up this morning and was at the lowest weight I've been at in 2 years.
I've been dying to break 180 and see a 7 on the scale.. today.. 177!!

WTG! I can definitely relate...i am looking to see a "7" before the 22nd (b'day)...i really really want to see the "6's" though..(my weight tend to hover in them the most but i plan on going further)...i think it has been almost a year since i have seen them (6's)
Good for you, pixie!! I'm happy for you!!! How long have you been working on losing weight? What are you doing that's working for you? Sorry for all the questions!! I recently dropped into the 5's, (154 right now!!) and I haven't been there since high school. 5 months ago I was 210...so even though I still have a little way to go, the 5's are a very welcome sight!! I know exactly how you feel!! What weight are you aiming at for your goal?

I'm not following any particular plan. I'm cutting calories and just restricting. I used to be an emotional eater. I don't eat after 8pm anymore. I'm just being strict with myself.
I realize that this may be a quick fix type of diet, so I'd love to hear any suggestions you all have. I'm living alone on campus in college, so it's all about convenience. A lot of Lean Cuisines!
I'm aiming for around 135 in the end. I'm 5'5". I want to be around 155 around Christmas. Hopefully!!
