first off, I DO hope that I am not driving everyone crazy by posting a daily note about how this is going- I just think that if I am writing about it every day, then it will help keep me on track (does that sound silly??)
Anyhow it's day4 and I am feeling much better- usually when I get sick it lasts a long time not just a couple of days. Do you think its because of changing what I eat?
I also think I have lost another lb because I just got on the scale AFTER eating and I am 160, which is what I was at yesterday BEFORE eating anything in the morning! I can't wait 'til tomorrow morning to wiegh in first thing. I know some of you are going to say I shouldn't be weighing in every day, but I need to see numbers for me to keep on track right now.
Thanks again for all the terrific support (noone in my family except for my MIL even knows I am doing this yet... my daughter asked why I was suddenly eating bacon, which I never have... I just said I have developed a taste for it!
so the support in here is really important.) I guess I don't want to say anything until the weight loss is noticable to the eye not just the scale.
