hi teen,
May I ask your stats? Height & weight. How old are you and how much do you want to lose? If it's not a lot, I wouldn't try diet pills (if that's what power 90 is) Is it a supplement? Anyways, my point is if you have a weight problem in your teens, you really should try to get more exercise and practice a good diet now (while you still have time). When I was a teen, I didn't eat very well and it sure has caught up with me now. It's important to develop good habits and attitudes while you're young cause it's MUCH harder when you get older. Wish I knew that then

And you're NOT a failure unless you don't try. Just keep trying and you won't be a failure. Even if you never reach your desired weight. Health and fitness aren't just what the scale tells you.
