Post how da hell am i eva gonna lose weight

im not like really fat or anything, not overweight, i just wanna lose about 10 pounds and tone my body up a bit, so how da hell am i gonna do that? i've joined a gym and i go everyday for about 3 hours, and NO RESULTS, i eat the same way i did before, but now with the excercise, so i should be losing some weight, so um, can someone tell me what i should eat? i do cardio training by da way, anyway.. like what vegetables and the stuff i have to eat and which i can't, like.. can i eat rice? cuz that's pretty fattening, how bout bread? and crackers? im really desperate ******* i get home every day like really really really tired from doin excercise like i can hardly walk, and still no ****in results!

rice is not at all fattening, just has lots of carbs.

Maybe you should get on a specific diet. the low calorie or low carb thing works good for most people.
I would try a low carb diet because they are mostly sugar..?? but whatever you think would work for you.

First of all if you only want to drop 10 pds you might want to try the slim fast shakes.Then afterwards try either lowcarb or lowfat.Secondly 3 hrs of cardio is way too much.The cardio will burn the fat but you need to do weight training for the toning up.You can do cardio till the cows come home but it wont tone you up.Only weight training can do that .30 to 60 mins a day for cardio,weight training least 3x a wk.Some ppl do weight training 3 times a week and the cardio on alternate days.You didnt mention how old you are.Hope this helps.
