It is said on the Atkins website to avoid alcohol during induction...
I know that it slows the weightloss process because your body will burn alcohol before fat to get energy when given a choice...but doesn't touch your burning if you drink the right ones.
Generally hard liqour has 0 carbs like vodka (NOT the flavored ones), tequila, rum (NOT malibu...lol) etc
Just be careful what you mix with it, you can get really inventive with crystal light & diet sodas & know that it'll be a lot harder to resist that pretzel bowl when you drink, but don't touch it!
